Return Policy for MOCCO BRIDAL

This Return Policy ("Policy") applies to MOCCO BRIDAL ("Shop ") and governs the return and refund procedures for custom-made veils ("Products") ordered by the client ("Client"). By placing an order with our Store, the Client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchases.

2. Custom-Made Veils

 

At our store, we specialize in creating custom-made bridal veils tailored to your vision. To help us create your perfect veil, please contact our manager to discuss your preferred length, width, colour, lace, and any other design details. Please ensure all information is accurate and complete so we can bring your vision to life.

3. Data Obligation

 

By purchasing a custom-made bridal veil from our store, the client agrees to provide our manager with accurate and complete information, including the preferred length, width, colour, and design details. Missing or inaccurate information may delay production or affect our ability to create the veil according to the client’s preferences.

4. Non-Returnable Products

As our bridal veils are carefully handcrafted according to the client’s individual specifications, they are custom-made items and cannot be returned due to a change of mind or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. This does not affect the client’s statutory rights if the veil is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that a custom-made bridal veil is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact our store within seven 14 days of receiving it so we can promptly review the issue. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The 14-day notification period does not limit the client’s statutory rights.

6. Changes to the Return Policy

Our Store reserves the right to modify or amend this Return Policy at its discretion. Any changes made to this Policy will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying the Client through other means.
