DRESSES, VEILS, CLOTHING

All of the above items are made-to-order as per your specifications, therefore we cannot accept returns on gowns, veils, jackets and capes.

We can cancel your order no later than 12 hours after the payment!
We sew dresses based on your personal measurements and this is an individual order! The dress will be sewn completely to fit your figure, so returns are not possible.

ACCESSORIES

If you choose to return accessories, we will accept the return of the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. Please let us know by email that you would like to return the accessory and also specify the reason for the return.

Please note that the cost of shipping and returns, as well as any customs taxes, will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that when returning an item, we cannot be responsible for accessories that are not returned to us if you choose to send them back to us without tracking. We are not responsible for returned accessories that are not returned to us, in which case we cannot process a refund for the accessories.

COLORS

We have made an effort to accurately reflect all the colors of our products displayed on our website. However, since the computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be absolutely accurate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship our handmade products worldwide! We also offer free shipping for all purchases - if you want to receive your order faster, you can always choose this option for an additional fee.

Please note that there may be import taxes or customs at the time of your purchase. We can’t provide you any information about customs and taxes as each country has different policies regarding the import of dresses and accessories. So you can contact your nearest customs house for more detailed information.
